THE NEW YEAR IS A GREAT TIME TO DO A LIFE EDIT

THE NEW YEAR IS A GREAT TIME TO DO A LIFE EDIT

The power of reflection is often overlooked, yet it can be incredibly valuable in helping us to assess our progress and make changes for the better. Taking the time to reflect on the past year can be a great way to gain perspective and insight into the successes and challenges we have faced.

While it may be tempting to move on to the next task or year without taking the time to reflect, this can leave us feeling unfulfilled and unprepared for the future.

So, as we close out the year, I hope you will set aside some time to reflect on this past year and begin your time of goal setting, forecasting, and planning for the new year ahead.

I have created this LIFE EDIT WORKSHOP and some questions to get you started. You will find a road map with thought-provoking questions to help you move through.
