Rising Stories Podcast #146 Friday Favorites Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

This summer I had a chance to visit Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for a few days. It was so much fun taking my daughter there and seeing my old vacation spot.

Growing up I used to spend a whole week there, body surfing, playing in the sand, taking walks down the beach and having fun on the strip. Back then the strip had a few restaurants, two arcades(my hangout), the wax museum and tons of gift shops. One, in particular, was my favorite. 

Things have changed and now I try to find hidden gems that keep the spirit of Myrtle Beach family destination alive. I do believe I have found some great places to share with you. 

MYRTLE BEACH FAVORITES

Fairy Garden:

Directions to the Fairy Garden , from Market Common area turn onto Howard Parkway at Phillis Blvd. Once on Howard Parkway you'll go until you find Airpark Drive. Turn left on Airpark Drive. Once you turn left you will see a path/trial beside a pond. The Fairy Garden is on this path about a few yards from the road. If you get to Farrow Parkway you have gone too far.
